Māori Delegation Share their Summer School Experiences at Iceland School of Energy

Six Māori postgraduates, all ancestrally connected to the Central North Island of Aotearoa, NewZealand, were presented with the opportunity to attend Reykjavik University’s Iceland School of Energy for a 3-week Summer School course on Sustainability and Energy Systems.

About the event
Two of the sestudents will give an overview of their time on the other side of the world–highlights of the course, experiences with Icelandic culture and the integration of geothermal uses and technologies, as well as relevant take aways for Māori as indigenous people of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
