AGA corporate members VRX Silica and Steam Resources have announced a farm-in and joint venture agreement regarding Western Australian geothermal exploration permit GEP44, located in the Perth Basin. Under the agreement, Steam Resources will earn an initial 40% interest with provisions to increase their holding to 90% upon completion of various additional milestones.
